During the 2024 Budget process last year, the Board of Supervisors approved a 0.5 mill Real Estate tax for Conoy Township. Residents will now notice this on their County/Municipal Real Estate Tax bill. The real estate tax is expected to generate $119,556.00 to help balance the General Fund Budget. The Board of Supervisors also sold the rental property located at 215 Falmouth Road in January 2024. The sale proceeds will also be used to help balance the 2024 budget. With the real estate tax and the sale of the rental property, the General Fund Budget is still projected to have a deficient of approximately $87,978.00. More information on the approved budgets and the real estate tax impact can be found here.
