The Lancaster County Property Reassessments will be received in the mail the week of June 15, 2026.
As a reminder, all taxing bodies must become revenue neutral by adjusting their millage rates in proportion to the increase in taxable assessments in each district. The reassessment does not mean your property tax payment will automatically increase.
